- Order once placed cannot be cancelled. we can pause that order and provide you a credit note but the customer needs to inform us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order is shipped, there is nothing that can be done.
- We don’t offer refunds at all.We do provide exchanges. In case a damaged product is received, we will ship a new one as soon as possible (we refer to that as exchange here). We do provide credit notes for the same but that too after a thorough verification.
- Uncut Opening Package Video: To be eligible for store credit/exchange, customers must provide a video of the unboxing process, showing the product’s package remaining uncut and intact. This is to ensure the product has actually been received in a damaged condition.
- We can reship the new products to you with no additional shipping cost, OR we can offer store credits, in first case the customer will need to return the damaged goods & pay the shipping for the same.
- Process: To avail the store credit, customers need to contact our customer support and provide the uncut opening package video as evidence.
- Store credit amount: The amount will be exclusive of the shipping price. Customers will receive a store credit for the cost of the products only.
- Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery to get the store credit.
Refund Terms
We don’t offer refunds in any normal scenario. In case a product that you have ordered goes out of stock and you still place an order for it, then only we can process a refund. If at all any such case scenario happens, our team will reach out to you and inform you. The end call will be yours. We can either wait until the respective good is restocked, ship you any other product of the same value or process a refund.
Once the refund is approved by the client and our team, it shall show in the customers bank account within 2 days.
