  3. We offer makeup that is carefully infused with high quality skincare ingredients by our top class chemists. All the ingredient details & other information such as “usage” “expiry” & “special features” are mentioned on the respective outer box packaging & on the website itself.   4. Pricing and Payment:
  5. We deal in an affordable range given the quality & quantity we offer. Although the prices vary from product to product, the prices of the products are mentioned on the website. All the products prices are inclusive of all taxes.
  6. We are currently taking only prepaid orders via upi/gpay/credit card/paytm/paytm wallet/debit card.
  7. Shipping is flat ₹80. We offer free shipping on orders worth ₹1299/-.
  8. Ordering Process:
  9. One can place an order on the website. Add to cart the product you want to order-checkout-fill in the address details-make the payment & VOILA, done. If at all, there is any inconvenience, they can text us on Instagram & place their order there.
  10. Shipping and Delivery:
  11. Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 2 days of placing the order. Delivery is done within 4-7 days of the order being dispatched. The duration depends on their pincode & partially on our shipping company and how much load they have. Shipping is flat ₹80. Orders above ₹1299/- are eligible for free shipping.
  12. All the orders once placed are dispatched within a maximum of 2 days, Possibilities are that the product gets dispatched within a day only. In case of any sort of out of stock, the customer will be informed by our sales team.
  13. Returns and Refunds:
  14. Returns are only eligible if :
  15. a. A wrong product is received.
  16. b. A damaged product is received. (Damaged i.e. expired/broken) (T&C applied.)
